Integrated Environmental & Climate Change Curriculum

AUA Acopian Center for the Environment Curriculum co-author & serious game engineer

  • Co-designed a bilingual (Armenian–English) pedagogical framework addressing the “Triple Planetary Crisis” — climate change, biodiversity loss, pollution.
  • Translated complex geopolitical realities, international climate finance and Loss & Damage frameworks into accessible youth curricula.
  • Architected a 120-minute interactive “serious game” simulation, using game mechanics to model environmental trade-offs.
  • Co-developed a Train-the-Trainer methodology equipping future youth leaders with lecture materials and activity guidelines.

Climapolis: Climate Literacy & Youth Action Initiative

Climapolis Lead trainer & educational content creator

  • Authored a Youth-Friendly Manual on Climate Change, localizing IPCC assessments into an actionable guide for Armenian students.
  • Co-authored and launched Climapolis, an original educational board game simulating climate challenges and solutions.

  • Instructed 30 young leaders from Armenia and Germany on international climate governance, the Rio Conventions and COP negotiation mechanics.
  • Designed and facilitated an immersive CBD COP simulation, giving delegates hands-on policy negotiation experience.
  • Mentored youth advocates in policy drafting, guiding the collaborative writing of the Armenian–German Declaration.

  • Authored Armenia's first accessible environmental video curriculum designed for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
  • Developed a four-module curriculum covering systems thinking, climate science, green lifestyles and environmental leadership, fully translated into Armenian Sign Language.
